Changes have been made in dcs and rest directories and core/conn to have
correct copyrights.
Files should all have consistent copy rights with tags @@@ START COPYRIGHT and
@@@ END COPYRIGHT.
Asciidocs in dcs and rest have been updated to reflect correct copyrights.
pom.xml has been changed in all relevant directories.
TBD:
SQL reference manuals have not yet been updated to reflect copyrights.
Search for missing copyrights
Cleanup component directories that have obsolete files and scripts.
