We are working on the HBase 1.0 change for Apache Trafodion now.
Sorry that I don't quite understand what means T8 codebase?.My colleague is now
working on the HBase 1.0 changes for Trafodion, and he already pass initial
regression tests, I did not notice there is change for protobuf. Protobuf in
Trafodion is only used as coprocessor required, as per my understanding HBase
1.0 is backward compatible with HBase 0.98 in this area.
There are also effort to clean up KeyValue and other changes going on.
I am not aware of what means 'T8 folks' here again.
