There need to be a way to remove Kerberos from Trafodion. At least for testing
purposes.
When looking at the distros, they support disabling Kerberos. This procedure
turns off some properties in the config files, they do not remove principals
and keytabs that the install procedure provides.
A decision on what we should do for Trafodion is needed.
