in traf_*_mods for a single node install it is copying the hbase-trx*jar file
to $TRAF_WORKDIR which on an upgrade will already have the old hbase-trx*jar
file, and then both will be copied to $HADOOP_PATH. This is the wrong behavior.
Should copy the hbase-trx*jar file to LOCAL_WORKDIR (like what is done during a
multi-node install).
