Right now, the tutorial on the wiki for TMUDFs points to a Google Drive site
for the Javadoc and Doxygen information. That site will go away on Sept 1, so
we need to move the data to our own web site, as we have planned to do anyway.
The data should live in the apidocs folder under the most relevant manual,
which is for now the SPJ Guide.
