I updated trafodion and used a new target $MY_SQROOT folder and deleted the old
target folder.
I see that the system SPJs for managing libraries do not work anymore.
I get the error
ERROR[11205] Java class 'org.trafodion.libmgmt.FileMgmt' was not found in
external path '/home/trafodion/<old target folder>/export/lib/lib_mgmt.jar'.

The upgrade scripts should take of recreating the system SPJs with the right
target folder locations.
