Summary: Support LOG() function of any base

Our LOG() function now only returns the natural logarithm of n, while Oracle
accepts 2 arguments as the 1st is the base. Oracle uses LN() to directly
returns the natural logarithm of n, we can also still support this as a
syntactic, while our LOG() can still accepts only one argument by default
returning the natural logarithm.
