JNIEnv needs to be initialized before issuing any JNI call from this thread.
Trafodion doesn't ensure that for all of its java methods called from 'C' side
of the SQL engine. It is possible that Type2 JDBC applications can fail, if
the connection is made in one thread and the actual SQL is executed from
another thread.
