    [TRAFODION-2378] Update Messages Guide for messages 1002-1015

    This set of changes brings a (small) subset of messages in the Messages 
Guide up-to-date with the code. Specifically:
    
    * 1002, 1003 - changed to remove mention of obsolete concepts
    * 1006, 1014 - deleted as these messages are no longer used
    * 1007, 1011 - added to the Messages Guide (they were missing)
    * 1008, 1009, 1013, 1015 - brought into conformance with the code

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/DaveBirdsall/incubator-trafodion
