Summary: some odb instance segment falut when using multi
instances to load data to trafodion at the same time

I have 4 nodes, each node starts 4 odb instance to load data to trafodion. But
the odb instance starts earlier run successfully, that starts later return
segment fault. Wait for a few minutes, odb instance can start succussfully
again. While when there is too manyodb instance such like 10, the new instance
will alway returns segment fault.
