If installing on a single-node cluster, sqgen reports success, but sqstart
fails.
The bash installer does not move sqconfig into place (sql/scripts/) if it is a
single node, instead using default (virtual nodes) sqconfig file.
So I suspect traf_sqconfig.py should not be run on single node cluster.
