We always see below error message in mon.snmp.xxx.log during a successful
‘sqstart’:
2017-03-09 16:36:29,713, ERROR, MON, Node Number: 0,, PIN: 49867 , Process
Name: $MONITOR,,, TID: 49867, Message ID: 101010402, [CCluster::CCluster],
Error= No monitor.ini found, setting to defaults.
Actually this is not an error, and monitor.ini file doesn't do anything useful
for now. It's necessary to clean up the error message and the monitor.ini logic
in the code.
