Description:
The SQL POM file nees change to the PM file similar to what was done in PR :
ALso need to change group id to :
<groupId>org.apache.trafodion.sql</groupId>
This will enable us to stage the SQL JAR on Nexus.
Apache NOTICE and LICENSE files need to be packaged in to the SQL JAR too.
According to apache rules "NOTICE and LICENSE files should be present in the
META-INF directory within the jar "
