I've seen an internal assert in a CLEANUP in the - unusual - case where the
compile of the SQL command used inside gives an error.
Example: seabase/TEST026 failure NAHeap assert during CLEANUP. This only
happened with a build where I had a compiler bug that caused a failure of a
compile.
