TMUDFs have the ability to eliminated unneeded columns, both in their result
and in their child table. However, when we eliminate all columns in the child
table, I have been seeing core dumps, as we dereference some data structures
that aren't there in that case. Sorry, I don't have a good and easy test case
at the moment, but I have been able to identify the problem spots and code a
fix.
