Currently, every time we login a new shell with trafodion user, it will invoke
'hbase classpath' command to get all hbase libs info, this will slow down the
login session as well as any 'pdsh' commands.
An optimization is to cache the output of 'hbase classpath' to a file under
$TRAF_VAR/hbase_classpath, then sqenvcom.sh will get the hbase lib from this
file if exists.
