some classes in 
incubator-trafodion/dcs/src/test/jdbc_test/src/test/java/org/trafodion/jdbc_test
 do not close statement and connection, which will lead to no connection can be 
use.
classes include : 
PropTest.java
TestNetworkTimeout.java
TestWrap.java
