[~dpavlov] - thank you for merging. Though as [~cdutz] pointed out, seems like
the page is actually generated using information in the pom.xml by maven site
plugin. I am afraid that the next time we publish site from master to asf-site,
the fix will be undone.
I spent some time yesterday looking into both the maven site plugin
configuration and consulting other apache project's pom.xml. It seems like we
are not doing anything out of the ordinary, but for some reason, the link is
not generated with a {{mailto:}}. Anyone else experienced with maven site
plugin's mailing list report?
