It's not a problem of security. It's a problem of user interface consistency.
If a window says something and there is no choice for the user, then it is an 
information window.
An information window has one button and only one : OK
If a window offers an OK and a Cancel button it means that the user is offered 
the 
choice to proceed or to cancel its order.
