This has been fixed in CWS perform02 and is in the master since m90. The fix
has not been checked in for a specific issue. Therefore I have set this to
'works for me' instead of 'duplicate'.
It has been fixed in file sd/source/ui/toolpanel/TaskPaneViewShell.cxx rev.
