Reproduction:
1. Tools - Macros - Organize Macros - OpenOffice.org Basic
2. Attempt to do the "Select All" from the menu in the IDE.
You would not be able to choose it because of being disable.
3. Try to do that by typing Ctrl-A.
Surprisingly, you would make it.
Expectation:
"Select All" under the Edit menu can be enable any time.
