Can confirm (OOo2.0.2rc3 WinXP SP2)
I can't see a way to remove this toolbar from my Data Sources window.
But I can't see it in View > Toolbars neither.
So, if somehow this toolbar gone, there's no way to get it back.
For me this is an enhancement request, but lets dev's decides.
