I don't believe that we can find a solution for any customer colour scheme. If a
user selects colours with bad contrast or similar, he will run into problems, of
course. But indeed, It should be possible to use OOo with all standard themes of
the supported OS.
I checked with scheme "Contrast Black" and the view of the buttons is
unfamiliar, but not really bad.

Can you supply an example for bad visibility with a standard WIN colour scheme?
