It's a general effect, as it seems in all localized versions. I also see the
missing translation in "2.0.2  German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]",
"2.0.4  German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9073)]".

May be this therm is one of those where the translation is not functional and
wanted because "Class Path" describes an environment variable? Pls. see Issue 
47023!
