pb: we changed the setup.xcu. So in OOo ooSetupVersion is always complete
version number with major, minor and patch (2.0.4 or 2.1 or 3.0.1...) . For SO
it includes only the major number and the we added the patchlevel from
version.ini.
@cloph: sorry nobody wanted to kid you, but mh told me that your patch didn't
work, at least for SO. So the new fix works for OOo and SO. And it will work for
further versions.
