------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Nov 22 21:23:50 -0800 2006 ------- When using 2 monitors with different screen sizes on XP, the position of popup menus does not take into account the size of the screen that is being used, rather it appears to use the largest bounding rectangle which results in parts of the menu being off the screen. For example, I have my primary monitor running at 1024x768 with a secondary at 1280x1024. The secondary is to the left with the tops of the monitors aligned. This means that the bottom of left monitor is 256 pixels lower than the right. When a right click is done near the bottom of the primary monitor the menu appears below the tracking point rather than above. This occurs in Writer and Calc. I have not tested the other components as I do not use them very often. This issue seems to have been reported back in 2003 as issue #21423 which was closed as WONT FIX. I think it should be fixed. It should be a simple matter to keep track of the sizes of all monitors independently and calculate the position of the popup based on the monitor it is to be displayed on.
