Hi 'martinkozak', firstly sorry for the 2year delay!
Reading through the Issue, it seems that the remaining problem is the similarity
of the colours used in the default icon set. Since, these icons are owned by
Sun's ArtTeam, I have reassigned to Stella for comment (also set target to
something meaningful).
It appears that this Issue will be addressed by the new design work for OOo3.0,
which is collated in Issue 54755. For this reason I suggest closing this Issue.
