Sounds like a good idea. In case this dialog is not replaced anyway we should
make the changes suggested here.
The arrangement of the buttons was from a time where all configuration dialogs
looked that way. In 2.0 we added new pages for the menus and toolbars but we
didn't finish the keyboard part in time. So now it looks like an alien. But we
should make this alien as useful as possible. :-)
