works in OOo 2.2.1, Edit field for pages is disabled unless pages is selected.
Setting the focus to the edit field automatically when pages gets selected is
inadvisable for keyboard traversal; you would not be able to switch the radio
button to "Selection" anymore without tab travelling around.
