I've tested with a Sun build at the time of the nativebroffice cws, because I
was with some issues while compiling on 64 bits (only resolved on m222).
It uses the nologo from OOo while building from outside Sun.
That's bad, anyway.
I believe it's even worse than using the logo and BrOffice.org trademark.
