(Reopening issue as Office-wide RFE with clear description ).
Please enhance our Ctrl+mouse wheel zoom feature so that it pans the document.
That is, Ctrl-wheel zooms area around mouse pointer like Google maps does.
Competing Office (at least 2003) does not have this behavior, but professional
apps (like Photoshop and AutoCad) behave like this.
