Well, as I went to the trouble to log the bug, I might as well respond.

irrelevant. There is still ONLY ONE document open and "Save All" is misleading
for the user and has no real reason to be there.
If there are other documents open, then of course "Save All" is relevant, but my
description explicitely rules this out.
