To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".

I believe that a related issue to this is that if you start a new document and
do not save the file when you go to export as PDF it chooses a really wrong
directory to do so. Instead of defaulting to the 'My Documents' directory, on
linux this is often $Home/Documents, as set in OOo options it defaults to
.openoffice.org/3/user/gallery/ which is entirely wrong.
