In the Start Center, the Open button has a little arrow to access the recent
documents list.
If you click exactly the arrow, the list is displayed, OK.
If you click next to the arrow, it sometimes opens the "Open file" dialog
instead of the list.
The area delimited by the vertical line to separate the arrow from the left
area is misleading. The area triggering the list should be enlarged to the
whole right area delimited by the vertical separator.
