### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Support to spill large amounts of shuffle data. ### Why are the changes needed? For large amounts of shuffle data, we should restore into local or remote disk, but not memory. This PR is proposal (1) which describe in #1249. Fix: #1249 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
