### Code of Conduct - [X] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct) ### Search before asking - [X] I have searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-uniffle/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Describe the bug When the RSS Client enables Netty and sets the mode to Epoll, the following error will be reported: `[22:21:37:071] [pool-3-thread-1] INFO RetryUtils.retryWithCondition - Retry due to Throwable, java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError` After further investigation, it was found that this issue is related to this PR [#924](https://github.com/apache/incubator-uniffle/pull/924) not functioning properly. The Netty native libraries have never been successfully shaded.
