Yes, I'm doing.
And I'm not satisfied with the current implementation of `one partition ->
multi servers` . So the #1608 is to track the bug some fixes and improvements.
And I think we should have the dedicated name to describe this feature, such
as `stage retry`. How about `partition data reassign` ?
