### What changes were proposed in this pull request? When starting services such as Coordinator and Shuffle Server for the first time, when there is access to http services, some alarm logs will be printed. Although it does not affect the services, the printing is very uncomfortable. ### Why are the changes needed? Fix: #2451 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
