URL: https://github.com/apache/uniffle/pull/2685

   ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

   This PR is to introduce the extra flag to indicate whether reaching the end
of memory data reading.

   ### Why are the changes needed?

   fix #2684 .

   When having the duplicate blockIds in the memory data and the duplicate
blockId is positioned as the last of memory data, the inifinate reading will
happen like the following blockIds sequence.

   ### first round with following blockIds
   ```
   703702683883796
   844440172239124
   703702683884548
   985177660594452
   1125915148949780
   844440172239876
   985177660595204
   1125915148950532
   1266652637305860
   985177660594452
   1125915148949780
   ```

   ### second round with following blockIds
   ```
   844440172239876
   985177660595204
   1125915148950532
   1266652637305860
   985177660594452
   1125915148949780
   ```
   and then inifinate reading happens.

   This PR is compatible with the older client or server behaviors.

   ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

   No.

   ### How was this patch tested?

   existing unit tests.
