### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR is to introduce the extra flag to indicate whether reaching the end of memory data reading. ### Why are the changes needed? fix #2684 . When having the duplicate blockIds in the memory data and the duplicate blockId is positioned as the last of memory data, the inifinate reading will happen like the following blockIds sequence. ### first round with following blockIds ``` 703702683883796 844440172239124 703702683884548 985177660594452 1125915148949780 844440172239876 985177660595204 1125915148950532 1266652637305860 985177660594452 1125915148949780 ``` ### second round with following blockIds ``` 844440172239876 985177660595204 1125915148950532 1266652637305860 985177660594452 1125915148949780 ``` and then inifinate reading happens.
