In case of Helm chart installation, we can define tolerations for the scheduler
only, but it is not possible to the admission controller, so there can be
situations when some taints are assigned to a node; we add the tolerations to
the deployment descriptor for the scheduler, so it will be assigned to the
node, but since the admission controller will not come up because itt does not
tolerate the taints set for the node.
