I don't know where we should put this thing. I can also think of some 5th
(yunikorn-common) repository - that would be more feasible for such a package.
Please keep in mind that the scheduler-interface is container orchestrator
agnostic, therefore putting a Go logger package would be a bit bad choice IMO.
