In YUNIKORN-121 we added the pod security policy {{hostNetwork: true}} to the
admission controller deployment. We need to document and explain why it is
needed and when it is needed.
In YUNIKORN-80 we added a global toleration for all taints as we have affinity
with the scheduler setup. None of this is documented.
