Updated with new PR :
* we have the release notes that need to be unhidden
* need to use the mirrors for our downloads not a direct link to the dist server
The mirrors have not been updated just yet, at least the one that I am getting
referred to. Opening up a dynamic download link now fails but we need to prep
for that.
