Description:
In 0.8.0 release, we already provided some basic metrics that can be exposed to
Prometheus.
This feature tracks the remaining efforts to provide rich scheduler metrics and
expose via Prometheus, so users can get detail info about the scheduler
- key path latency
- throughput
- identify bottleneck
- node usage status
and more. Depending what are necessary for admins.
