The docker image push stage is filing with the following error:

yarn test
yarn run v1.22.4
$ ng test
You seem to not be depending on "@angular/core" and/or "rxjs". This is an
error.{code}
[~akhilpb] have you seen this error until now? Do you know what may cause
this?
