The docs in the 0.8.0 web site version are not fully in sync with the branch
0.8.0
Example: the user guide 0.8.0 talks about helm 3 and apache. This change was
never checked into the branch 0.8.0
We need to check or rebuild all 0.8.0 docs to make sure they are correct.
