Thanks for the review [~wwei].
Fixed you suggestion, and the publishing now uses the scheduler cache instead
of calling the API server directly.
Regarding the node events, we currently don't push any events of type NODE.
When I tested the patch I manually injected an event "pod not fit into node",
and I checked those events are correctly published. Adding Node events should
be done later in another jira.
