Opened a new PR to expose the running config via rest. {{/ws/v1/config}}.
Default response is a yaml config with a sha256 checksum.
Looked at moving the {{/ws/v1/validate-conf}} to the same base url as we do for
exposing the config but left that out for now. It makes sense to move to
{{/ws/v1/config/validate}} or {{/ws/v1/config?validate}}
