Thanks for working on this. I think we need to add a checklist in
https://github.com/apache/incubator-yunikorn-release/blob/master/docs/release-procedure.md#publish-the-release.
- Create new version doc (link to yunikorn-site repo README)
- Update the download page (link to website download page)
- Publish release announcement (YK web-site and apache Blog)
- Push the latest docker images to docker hub
- Update the latest release in the helm hub
- Verify documents and released artifacts
