As I was expecting the allocations list in the partition is a problem point.
When I removed the cache and fixed YUNIKORN-481 I was already expecting this
list to be an issue. Based on the stack trace in YUNIKORN-516 that has now
shown as correct.
Starting the removal of the list from the context.
